Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (consumable food items), we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Proof of purchase (order number and receipt) must be provided.
  • Photo evidence of damage or issue must be submitted with your request.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return request or damage report, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be:

  • Credited back to your original method of payment (PayPal, Stripe, etc.)
  • Processed within 7–10 business days

Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:
